Day 1

Check into the hotel at any time after 3 p.m.
3-6 p.m.: Visit the welcome table in the hotel lobby.
7 p.m.: Welcome reception at a DreamTrips Local venue (location to be determined closer to the time of travel).

Day 2

The morning and afternoon at your leisure. We suggest you take advantage of your 72-hour hop-on, hop-off bus ticket to see the sights and explore the city at your own pace. See Additional Information for details and restrictions.
4:15-11:30 p.m.: Independence Day Fireworks Dinner Cruise; includes dinner, live entertainment, an open bar, transportation and gratuities. See Additional Information for details, restrictions and sample dinner menu.
• 4:15 p.m.: Depart from the hotel and transfer to Chelsea Piers by private motor coach.
• Board the Spirit of New York and depart from Chelsea Piers.
• 6-11 p.m.: Enjoy a 5-hour dinner cruise around New York Harbor with 3-course buffet dinner, open bar, live DJ entertainment and stunning views of the fireworks over the city skyline.
• 11 p.m.: Disembark at Chelsea Piers and transfer back to the hotel by private motor coach.
• 11:30 p.m.: Return to the hotel.

Salad options may include: organic mixed field greens, organic spinach and kale salad, green bean salad, mixed bean salad, beet salad and pasta salad.
Vegetables, potatoes and pasta options may include: roasted broccoli, creamed corn and cheddar cheese casserole, baked ziti pasta and mashed potatoes.
Main course options may include: oven baked Atlantic flounder filet, honey-sesame chicken, Italian-style beef meatballs and braised beef short ribs.

72-hour City Sightseeing pass for hop-on, hop-off bus tours:
Please note: Buses run daily from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• Some/all of the buses are accessible to users of most kinds of wheelchairs, depending upon the location. Only wheelchairs which are too large for the space available on the bus, or which are in an unsafe condition cannot be brought onto our buses. All of the wheelchair spaces accommodate wheelchairs of up to 2.3 feet (700 millimeters) wide, 4 feet (1,200 millimeters) long, and 4.4 feet (1,350 millimeters) high (that measurement includes the wheelchair user’s head above the backrest). If your wheelchair is larger than this or you are unsure whether your wheelchair will fit on the bus, please contact City Sightseeing directly.
• Some/all of the buses have electric ramps, low flat floors and a wheelchair allocated space depending upon the location. Wheelchair users have priority for access to the wheelchair space and other passengers will be relocated if necessary to make the area available when a wheelchair user needs it. However, it can’t guarantee that all passengers will move from the wheelchair space when asked, nor ultimately, can we force them to do so. The buses cannot safely accommodate 2 or more occupied wheelchairs, so if there is already a wheelchair user on the bus you want to board, unfortunately you’ll need to wait for the next bus.
• Wheelchair users and/or their care-takers must ensure that the wheelchair is positioned against the seat backrest facing the rear of the bus, with the brakes ON. Please ask the driver for assistance if necessary.
• Wheelchair users can use the bell push near the wheelchair space which lets the driver know that the ramp must be lowered at the next stop.

Platinum ticket for Empire State Building:
• The ticket can be used anytime during your stay during regular operating hours.
• The observatory is open 365 days a year from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m.

Policies

Cancellation Policy*: If you cancel 91 days or more before the start date of your trip, you’ll get a refund of the amount you paid for the trip less a fee of US$50. If you cancel between 46 and 90 days before the start date of your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 45 days of the start date of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are applicable on a per-person basis. 

*This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. Therefore, in the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the provisions of the booking terms will prevail.


Name Change Policy: Name changes must be done no later than May 27 and are subject to a US$50 name change fee. Name changes after this date are not allowed.

Members can’t combine DreamTrips Points. Your membership level determines the maximum amount of DreamTrips Points you can use. If you have more than 50 Rovia Bucks, you can apply them in the checkout process.

Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Member is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

Make sure that your passport and visa, if applicable, are up-to-date before you leave! It’s important to double check that you have all the identification and other documentation required by the specific country you’re traveling to. In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this DreamTrip will apply.

Make sure that you request a name change or room change at least 31 or more days before the 1st day of your trip. Due to contractual supplier policies, we may not be able to confirm requested name or room changes to existing bookings for trips that are scheduled to travel within 30 days of your request.

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your DreamTrip is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book and pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel’s then-current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults. Therefore, before you book any travel, please check the relevant hotel or resort website for applicable terms and conditions as well as details regarding their pricing structure.
